In the information shown on the PDF file attached and copied below , The Seattle host is asking for individual wire transfers . When the players have been selected by the CNSA and notified of their status they will be advised to send payment to the treasurer of the CNSA and one wire transfer will be made to the Host Club.
For more information on wire transfers please contact your National President. NATIONAL PRESIDENTS PLEASE MAKE ONE WIRE TRANSFER FOR ALL YOUR PLAYERS (also will you please send us a conformation email with the names of all the players on your team)
Cancellation policy – Refund of 100% if cancelled up to and including I understand the reasoning behind the wire transfer as requested by the host in Seattle, and it may be beneficial for some countries to use this method, but what I had planned on doing for Canada was to have all the "accepted" applicants send a US$ cheque to the treasurer of the CNSA for the entire amount and to include the $50.00 for the ISA and a couple of bucks for the CNSA to cover the shared cost of one wire transfer . If the applicants do not have a US$ account they will have to pay the additional exchange rate on top of the tournament package cost. That way we will know who has paid and who has not paid. · The $50.00 payment to the ISA can be done by a one payment cheque from the CNSA and at no additional cost. · The CNSA have a US$ account that can be utilized for this purpose and would save the applicants the cost of the wire transfer which can be upwards of $25.00 for each transaction. · When the successful applicants have been selected they can be advised of all the details.
